A1: 1. Faster charging. We can match the charger base on the charging time you want. 2-3 hours are no problem.

       2.Longer cycle life. Generally Speaking, Lithium battery have 3 times cycle life than lead acid battery

Q2: How should I pay?
A2: You can pay via T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Cash etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as order confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.

Q3: What is delivery time if we place an order?
A3: It depends order quantities. Usually, we can deliver goods within 10 -15 working days for small orders, for more QTY. order, let's confirm when you place offical order.

A5:We offer 2 -5 years warranty for all our battery packs. we ensure at least 3000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means,after 3000@80% DOD,there will still around 80% capacityt left.You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

Q6.Can we Counterweight by self?
A6:Yes. If you are first time using the lithium battery for your electric forklift. We will suggest you try the battery with couterweight. then you can begin to counterweight by self after you know how the lithium battery working.

Here is two ways we usually offer to our clients if they counterweigt by self:

1> We only provide batteries, but provide detailed couterweight design drawings for your customers reference.

2> We only provide batteries. Clients decide how to counterweight when they get the battery.
