2) Please mark quantity on filename( if each design is different size, please mark each size, too) or creating one JPG description to show quantity of design.

About sample:

1. For the existing samples we have stock, we could provide free samples, but the freight charge need to be paid by customers.

2. If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you will have to pay the mould charge (set up charge).

3. We will start to prepare samples for you as soon as we confirm the payment. Your full address (including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.

4. If you do not have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS ACCOUNT for the freight collection, we also accept transfer through Paypal.

Q : How to get a sample?
A : Usually, we provide reference sample free of charge while you afford express charge. If need sample follow with your design that would charge sample fee, but while you order quantity is large we would return the sample fee to you.

Q : How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A : You can use your DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. If you don't
have a courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account, and then we deliver the samples to you by courier.

Q: Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ?
A: Yes, but we have to ask for surcharge to make it up to raw material suppliers.

Q: What type of logo format should be submitted to make my own printing?
A: We accept AI /PSD format or JPG with 300DPI resolution
