Heating, cooling, evaporating, concentrating and removing any solution in electroplating surface treatment.
Performance of fluoroplastic heat exchanger: The heat exchanger is made of PFA, FEP, PVDF pipes, which is more excellent than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) heat exchanger, and has higher thermal stability, flexibility, crack resistance and Transparency. The applicable temperature range of the product is -180~260℃; the intermediate temperature resistance is excellent, and it can be bent into any shape, but the radius of curvature should be ≥150mm. The products are made of (PTFE, FEP, PFA,) materials. The product material is strictly designed according to the customer's requirements to meet the technical conditions of the process. The product is assembled by using tube bundles (ø3, ø5, ø4, ø4, ø5, ø6,... ø12) to penetrate through the flanges at both ends to form heat exchange The inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger are assembled and fixed with (PP, PVC, PTFE, PVDF frame), which can prevent the damage of the heat exchanger due to the collision of the workpiece.
