Product Description

For the purification of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in exhaust gas, the low - temperature catalytic combustion method is employed. This process leverages the catalytic action of catalysts to treat organic substances in the exhaust gas at low temperatures, boasting high activity, energy conservation, and environmental friendliness, thus achieving the goal of meeting emission standards.

The catalytic combustion reaction is a typical gas - solid catalytic reaction. Its essence lies in the fact that, at a certain temperature, organic compounds (VOCs) in the exhaust gas are adsorbed onto the surface of the catalyst. They then undergo a catalytic oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air, being completely oxidized into harmless carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water (H₂O), while releasing reaction heat.

The catalyst can significantly lower the ignition temperature of organic compounds, enabling flameless combustion. This not only reduces preheating energy consumption but also minimizes the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOₓ), making the entire purification process more efficient and eco - friendly.
