The 32.5% urea aqueous solution  is precisely atomized by a urea dosing system and injected into the exhaust pipeline, where it mixes with diesel engine exhaust gases. Through pyrolysis and hydrolysis reactions, the solution decomposes into ammonia (NH3)—a key reducing agent. Under the action of the SCR catalyst, harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) are converted into harmless nitrogen (N2) and water vapor (H2O), ensuring compliance with EU5/EU6 emission standards.

This advanced Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology maximizes NOx conversion efficiency, reduces environmental pollution, and enhances diesel engine performance.
