Product Description

1. Introuduction

This SCR catalyst is mainly used to treat nitrogen oxides in gas turbine exhaust, and its main active component is VWT, which is developed according to the characteristics of gas turbine flue gas. Has the characteristics of high conversion rate and long service life.

The main characteristics of tail gas from natural gas generator are high temperature (above 450℃), low dust and low sulfur. This SCR product uses iron-based molecular sieve as the main material to ensure its long-term operation at high temperature and long-term operation efficienc

As a general denitration catalyst, SCR catalyst has the following characteristics compared with other technologies (such as NSCR, LNT, etc.): (1) the reducing agent is not easy to be oxidized, and the cost is lower than that of the reducing agent (2)SCR catalyst is not suitable for sulfur, and has a wide range of applications, especially for poor oil products; (3) The control strategy is relatively complex, but for the reused engine, a closed-loop system can be used without communicating with the engine, and the complexity of the control strategy can also be reduced
