Flotation frother Q30. It is suitable for the beneficiation process of oxide ore, nonferrous ore and precious metal ore with high mud content. The frother has uniform bubble bubbles, large bubbles and good mineralization effect, which is conducive to improving concentrate grade, and the dosage is generally 5-30g/t.

Details:
Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 0.813, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.

 

Uses

(1) Designed for flotation processes involving a high peat stone content in raw ore, this solution adeptly lowers flotation froth viscosity, thereby enhancing the separation efficiency of desired minerals. Resultantly, it facilitates elevated concentrate grade and recovery rates.

(2) Tailored for flotation scenarios characterized by fine grinding sizes of target minerals in the native ore, this product enhances the separation efficiency of target minerals. It effectively mitigates or eradicates interference from gangue minerals on the recovery of desired minerals, thus refining the beneficiation performance.
