Introduction
It is mainly used for non-ferrous metal ores containing carbon, fine-grained graphite and aphanitic graphite. It can effectively inhibit the entry of carbonaceous minerals into tailings, avoid their adverse interference to flotation, and improve concentrate grade and recovery.
Usage:
It is formulated into a 2% concentration solution and added to the flotation process as an inhibitor. The dosage is 100-500 g/ton to the ore.
Case:
In a copper mine in Sichuan, the original ore copper grade was 0.8%, the carbon content was 6%, and 400 g/ton of the inhibitor was added, the copper concentrate grade was increased from 17% to 22%, and the recovery rate was increased from 85% to 91 %, greatly improving profitability;
