These agents fall into distinct categories: collectors make valuable minerals water-repellent, frothers generate stable bubbles to enhance mineralization and concentrate grade (typically dosed at 5-30g/t), modifiers control pH and chemical conditions for optimal separation, and depressants prevent unwanted mineral flotation. The precise application of these agents is critical for successful ore processing.
Uses (1) It is suitable for flotation operation with high content of peat stone in raw ore. It can effectively reduce the viscosity of flotation froth, improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving concentrate grade and recovery rate.
(2) It is suitable for the flotation conditions of fine and fine grinding size of target minerals in the original ore. To improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.
