Hydraulic CNC Sheet Metal Wire Mesh Bending Machine
While the machine is installed, the power lines, control lines and
waterways are fully equipped. The machine needs AC 380 V
three-phase power supply, allowing voltage fluctuation to +10~-10.
Voltage beyond the above range may cause the equipment not to work
properly or damage.
The cables introduced into the electric cabinet should be arranged
neatly, numbered clearly, avoid crossing, and should be fixed
firmly and shall not cause the connected terminal row to be
subjected to mechanical stress; the sheathed cable shall be cut off
after entering the control panel and control cabinet, the end of
the cut shall be fastened and the steel strip shall be grounded;
the rubber insulated core wire shall be protected by the jacket
insulation pipe. After the installation of the cable pipe, it
should be sealed, and the areas that may freeze should also prevent
the water from freezing in the pipe. Electronic control cabinet,
welding mainframe, servo motor, water pump should be reliably
grounded. Connect all parts of electrical components according to
electrical circuit diagram, and strictly check to ensure circuit
safety.
