1.the long wire are both pre-cut in, there will be 3 wire storage system, when the cylinder move, the wire will be disperse to the second storage, then throught the roll put the wire in to the template, the two side working in the same time. then according your different size by the feeding into the welding system.

2 Cross wires are slso pre-cut. The pre-cut wires are sent into the wire plucking section from storage area under the drive of motor.  This device is equipped with an inspecting device. If none of long wires drops, the device will alarm automatically. After adjusting by worker, the machine will continue producing, which greatly decrease the damage of equipment and meshes.
