The machine ZL-T80/T130 is designed and developed specially for the aluminum food containers,dishes ,cups and trays production. From the decoiler to stacker ,from feeding to punching to stacking. we can get the aluminum foil  finally.

The main body of press  is a' H-frame . Its recycling and closed system for oil .It’s easy for mold replacement and surface production,we have a die shifting arm and a die lifter mounted on the press which can change molds high efficiency.

The press configured with a servo motor,to make sure the high precision control of feeding step and speed.The height and location of the feeding system is adjustable to match the height of the tool currently in use on the press.

There are 12 electronic cams controlled by a PLC, providing simple operation settings. The functional usage of multiple cavities molds can be achieved,by large number of air outlets laid on press.

The ZL-T80/T130 press is equipped with 5 air tanks. The pneumatic control panel is more easy to operate.The press fits various kinds of molds for wrinkle-wall,smooth-wall,pet, airline containers and folded containers production.
