This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutting
equipment. The product itself can be used as an independent
rotating spindle, with a chuck in the middle that can firmly clamp
the workpiece and rotate at the same time. It can realize fast
clamping and unclamping by rotating air intake from the side. ,
Disconnect the air source before working. After the product base is
fixed, only the matching motor and gear connection are needed, and
the compressed air source (0.1-0.9MPA) can be connected to clamp
the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate.
The chuck works in full stroke, without additional adjustment of
the four-jaw position, and can clamp a full range of applicable
pipe fittings, improving production efficiency. The chuck adopts a
fully enclosed structure, which has better stability and wear
resistance. It is equipped with cross roller bearings and has a
long service life. The rotation accuracy and repeat positioning
accuracy are higher than that of traditional laser chucks, and the
clamping force is greater than that of similar products in the
market. In the case of low air pressure, a smaller clamping force
