that is perpendicular to the base. The three-jaw lathe chuck is a
built-in air cylinder, easy to install, no additional power is
required, and air enters from the side for clamping and releasing.
Multiple chucks can be installed at the same time in one working
space to realize multi-station processing, thereby improving
production efficiency.
The working principle of the vertical hollow three-jaw lathe chuck
is that the clamping power source of the chuck is compressed air;
when the compressed air enters the one-way valve through the
distribution ring, and then enters the chuck cylinder, thereby
driving the piston, so that the clamping jaws clamp the workpiece.

pressure in the cylinder is sealed by the one-way valve. The
sealing device of the power distribution ring is loosened and does

work normally.
