225MM Laser Pneumatic Rotary Chuck For Laser Tube Cutting Machine 1. Descripition This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutting units,
the product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle,
with a chuck in the middle that can clamp a workpiece tightly and
rotate at the same time, fast clamping and loosening actions can be
achieved through the side rotating air intake, and the air source
can be disconnected for work. The product uses the cylinder direct output, the mechanical efficiency is high, the energy loss is small, the output clamping force is big, the clamping force is stable. Because the cylinder is used to clamp the workpiece directly, the working stroke of the cylinder is the working stroke of the chuck, and the clamping range is wide. The cylinder direct output is adopted, the out put force and the air pressure are linear proportion, and software control can be easily achieved. The chuck has a simple structure, few components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia and low energy consumption. The axial dimension of the chuck is small, and the cost for realizing the zero tailing is lower.
