Our laser chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting machine. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle, with chucks in the middle that can firmly clamp the workpiece and rotate at the same time. Laser chuck can work in full stroke without the need to adjust four additional claws. Can clamp all applicable pipe fittings to improve production efficiency. Chuck adopts fully enclosed structure, with better stability and wear resistance. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, strong applicability, clean and durable, reliable clamping and durable precision. Cross roller bearing, longer service life than traditional laser chuck, higher rotation accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, greater clamping force than similar products on the market. When using the chuck, the air pressure should be controlled in the range of 0.4 ~ 0.9MPa, and the air pipe with pressure greater than 1.6MPa should be selected to connect to the product, and the air pipe should be far away from heat source and open fire.
