For thin-walled workpieces, fan-shaped claws can be used to increase the contact area with the workpiece and reduce the deformation of the workpiece.

When turning workpieces with large batches, in order to improve the positioning accuracy of the workpiece during processing and save the auxiliary time during workpiece installation, a soft jaw chuck can be used.
