1. Description

This pneumatic rotary chuck is specially designed for laser cutting units, the product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, with a chuck in the middle that can clamp a work-piece tightly and rotate at the same time.

The chuck works at full stroke without additional adjustment of the position of the four claws, and can clamp a full range of applicable pipe fittings, improving production efficiency. The pneumatic rotary chuck adopts a fully closed structure, which has better stability and wear resistance. Built-in cross roller bearings, long service life, higher slewing accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy than traditional laser chucks, and relatively large clamping force compared with similar products in the market, so as to meet the processing of thin-walled pipe fittings.

The pneumatic rotary chuck is commonly used in special laser cutters and other pipe processing machine systems.
