 1. Descripition

This chuck is designed for laer pipe cutting equipment. It can realize quick clamping and loosening by rotating air intake from the side, disconnet the air source before working. It is controlled by switching single and double cylinders, which produces differentc clamping forces, which has more advantages of clamping thin-walled tubes and heavy-duty pipes. This model has small rotational inertia and consume low energy. The chuck has better dustproof performance and higher repeat positioning accuracy.

There’s two independent cylinders, one-way valve and check valve and it also has long-term pressure holding function( over 8 hours) inside. The quick clamping and loosening actions can be achieved through the side rotation of air inlet, and disconnect the air source to start the work. After fixing the base, connecting motor with gear and compressed air source can realize clamping and driving the work-piece to rotate. It is mainly used for work-piece clamping and rotating.

The indepent design of the slide rail on the plate body makes it easier to combine and disassemble, facilitate cleaning and maintenance, and has higher mathing accuracy, which makes the equipment movement smoother and more wear-resistant, greatly reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement parts for end customers, and saving the cost of later use.
