High Speed Front Mounted Pneumatic Chuck for Pipe Thread Machine and Welding Equipment

1. Description

BK320TQ is a kind of chuck which is front mounted pneumatic chuck and is widely used in lathe, pipe thread machine tool and welding equipment. Because the connecting between the chuck and main shaft complies with the national standard(short cylinder connecting mode), there’s no need to change the structure of the lathe and just only prepare the matching flange which can connect to the chuck and machine tool when installing.

It is easy to install the chuck.The chuck body is the cylinder, with piston and inverted valve inside to achieve super-long time pressure-keeping function (more than 24 hours). The clamping and loosing movement is achieved by rotary air inlet at the side. The machine will not work before cutting off the gas supply.
