Includes box corner pasting, stickers, box positioning, box packing, and laminating.
This machine uses visual positioning that is easy to position and has high accuracy. Since the molding station is set automatically, the machine set-up time is significantly reduced. The solidification time for the entire line is 45-60 minutes. Higher speeds can be achieved with dual molding setup stations. The maximum speed reaches 40 pieces/min.
