Folding Box Machine For Making Luxury Boxes, Shoe Box And Gift Box

Applications:

LS-F6 Rigid Box Maker For Luxury Boxes, Rigid Paper Box And Cell Phone Boxes is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping, such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes etc.

B:Folding ear mode: 2 modes

1. Four-sided folding ears: suitable for four small ears in a shorter box shape, with four folding ear brushes extending at the same time.
2. Folding ears on both sides: Folding ear brushes extend out in pairs.

C: No parting/parting return material: special box materials, small boxes use parting return material, parting return material is easy to leave traces of returning material, normal shape of boxes selects no parting;

D. Double bubble pressing/first bubble pressing: The second bubble pressing is suitable for use when the foam pressing effect is not good. If the quality can meet the requirements, first use the pressing bubble once to save time.

E. Parting Mode A/Parting Mode B: Mode A is in the automatic state, the main shaft is lowered to the bubble-pressing position, and the Mode B is in the automatic state, and the main shaft is lowered to the ear-folding position to start parting;

F. Bubble Pressing Mode A / Bubble Pressing Mode B: Bubble Pressing Mode B means that each time the mold is closed, the bubble will be pressed once, and the Bubble Pressing Mode A is that the mold is closed to press the bubble for the last time;

G. Normal/Test: In normal mode, each time you press the start pedal, the machine will act in a complete cycle. The test mode is to press the start pedal once, and the machine doesn’t stop until you press the stop button.

H. Stripping position/foaming position stripping: Stripping position stripping is carried out at the stripping position, and foaming position stripping is stripping at the pressure bubble position.

I. Folding ear opening/closing: When the four folding ears of the box are in different directions, the folding ear mode can be selected, but the folding ear brush needs to be replaced. (If necessary, press the red stop button for long, and then enter the password to display this mode selection).

J. Discharging/non-discharging: non-discharging is suitable for the surface of the box with higher requirements, and manual removal of the box is not allowed when slight scratches occur. If there is no special requirement, the output carton will be automatically sent to the conveyor belt.

K. Parting: motor parting/main shaft parting

L. Double-layer switch: select double-layer switch, you can use the upper edge board and the upper pressing plate.
