Ceramic Tubes
Tubes are one of the most common types of high-temperature ceramic components . The properties of high-purity aluminum oxide ceramics (with an AL2O3 content greater than 99.7%) allow protective ceramic tubes (casings) made from it to be used at temperatures up to 2000 degrees Celsius.
TYPES OF CERAMIC TUBES:
AREAS OF APPLICATION OF CERAMIC TUBES Reliable protection is essential for the working components of specialized equipment operating under extreme conditions—high pressure, vacuum, electromagnetic fields, and aggressive environments. In such cases, MKR (mullite-siliceous) ceramic tubes, made from aluminum oxide, effectively provide protective functions. Thanks to its properties, this ceramic tube material offers excellent thermal insulation, dielectric properties, is chemically inert, and exhibits excellent strength characteristics. We offer MKR tubes made from high-purity aluminum oxide with an Al₂O₃ content of >99%. This dense material is one of the most heat-resistant of its peers. Furthermore, MKR ceramic tubes are heat-resistant, with an operating temperature reaching 1950°C. Therefore, using MKR ceramic tubes effectively protects equipment components in extreme conditions. This extends the service life of equipment and reduces the risk of accidents. |
