Cut-Off Wheels
Diamond saw blades are increasingly widely used in the deep
processing of ceramics and are an important tool in ceramic
processing. They can be used for mosaic cutting, edge trimming, and
grooving, and are suitable for continuous cutting machines, manual
cutting machines, and other equipment. Common processing methods
include manual single-blade cutting, continuous single-blade
combination cutting, double-blade continuous cutting, and
pre-cutting-chamfering-cutting continuous processing. They feature
small cutting force, high speed, and long service life, enabling
precise ceramic cutting. Welded ceramic cutting saw blades are
mainly used for cutting, semi-cutting, or grooving of polished
tiles, wear-resistant tiles, antique tiles, and glazed floor tiles.
They feature good sharpness, straight cutting seams, minimal
chipping, and long service life, and can be used for combination
cutting or single-piece cutting. They are suitable for automatic
continuous cutting machines (single-head or double-head machines)
and single-cutting machines.
