Honeycomb Ceramic Panel
Honeycomb ceramics are composed of countless equal-sized pores in various shapes, with the maximum number of pores reaching 120–140 per square centimeter, a density of 0.3–0.6 grams per cubic centimeter, and a water absorption rate of over 20%. Due to their porous and thin-walled characteristics, the geometric surface area of the carrier is significantly increased, and its resistance to thermal shock is improved. The products produced mainly have network pores in triangular and square shapes, with triangular pores having much better load-bearing capacity and a higher number of pores compared to square ones. This feature is especially important when used as a catalyst carrier.
