ODS Introduction 1. Working Principle: Utilizing the thermocouple component's sensing of the pilot flame to generate a thermoelectric potential, which drives the gas valve (solenoid valve). When the space around the appliance is oxygen-deficient (oxygen content <17%~19%), causing the pilot flame temperature to drop below approximately 400°C, the thermocouple's potential is insufficient to maintain the gas valve's open state, thus cutting off the gas supply and ensuring personal safety. 2. Function: Automatic ignition of the stove and oxygen deficiency protection. 3. Gas Source Type: Natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). 4. Output Potential: >12MV. 5. Nozzles: Stainless steel, jeweled, copper. 6. The company has multiple imported fully automatic nozzle processing machines, achieving a minimum orifice diameter of Φ0.15 ± 0.0015.
