Steatite Ceramic
Steatite is also known as high-frequency porcelain, it is made of mineral talc (3MgO.4SiOz-H2O) as the main raw material, adding appropriate amounts of clay, BaTio3 and other ingredients, and then mixing and grinding, molding and high temperature sintering. Its main crystalline phase is proto-optite, namely magnesium metasilicate (chemical formula:MgSiO3),which has low dielectric constant, small dielectric loss,high insulation strength,high volume resistivity, good bending strength and good Stability, it is used in high-frequency equipment as insulating parts.
