Calcia Stabilized Zirconia Bubble

 

Calcia Stabilized Zirconia Bubble is produced by electro fusing special stabilized zirconia.
 

As lightweight refractory, Calcia Stabilized Zirconia Bubble is used for production of refractory insulation materials, refractory lightweight bricks, as loose bulk material for the filling of thermal insulation walls, meanwhile Calcia Stabilized Zirconia Bubble is ideal filler for high-temp. (2200-2400℃)furnace due to its chemically inert, such as induction furnace, nitriding furnace.

 

Applications:

  • Used as heat insulation and casting material under high temperatures of 1600°C to 2400°C.
  • Used in high temperature, energy saving down-draft kilns, shuttle kilns, tungsten furnaces, induction furnaces, etc for insulation
