Aluminum honeycomb core, a structural material, offering high
strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance, is widely used
in a range of industrial applications, including architectural
curtain wall, cleaning room, aerospace, marine, defence, rail and
automotive industries, aluminum honeycomb core, just to name a few.
When a light weight but high strength material is needed, the
honeycomb core material may be a better choice.
Aluminum honeycomb panel is sandwich panel bonded with aluminium
face material and with a core in aluminium honeycomb. It offers
high mechanical properties and good fire performances. The aluminum
face material can be pre-painted in different RAL colors. The
aluminium faces (skins) are available in different thicknesses and
coatings, anodized or with primer.
The aluminum skin we use are 3003 or 5052 alloy according to
customer's different applications.
