BTSG-II Tridimensional footprint casting material kit

Purpose

The kit includes to-be-assembled footprint casting frames, gypsum packed with bags that allow the mixture of gypsum and water, fiber mesh, footprint description labels and other accessories needed for gypsum casting, which is ideal for independently completing the casting of footprint gypsum models.

Method of use

A. Four pieces of cardboard are inserted into each other to form a rectangular footprint casting frame.

B. Enclose the footprint with the footprint casting frame.

C. Pour 1,200 ml of water into the gypsum bag with a measuring cup, and seal the bag.

D. Knead the mixture of gypsum and water with both hands until no lumps are felt.

E. Slowly pour 2/3 of the mixture on the footprint.

F. Place the fiber mesh and the fix rope of the footprint label on the footprint, with the rope above the mesh.

G. Then pour the remaining gypsum.

H. Wait 20 minutes for the gypsum to solidify, then remove the footprint casting frame, clean the soil, and write down exhibit information on the footprint description label.

I. After the rinsed gypsum model dries, put the gypsum model into the cardboard box, cover the surface of the footprint model with the protective sponge, close the packing box, and write case detail on the box lid. The cardboard box can provide protection to the gypsum model.
