The customizable version is HF, which can be used for 20% ozone aqueous solution. Materials in contact with ozone water include PTFE, FFPM, PFA, and quartz or sapphire. The UVOZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer is equipped with an inlet and outlet, and is equipped with a touch screen operation interface.
