OVERVIEW
MIC500S Series gas detector can be used in 24 hours continuous
online monitoring of concentrations of multiple types of gases in
the filed.The types for detection are more than 500 types. With a 4-20 mA analogue output, can be simply integrated into a
Distributed Control System (DCS) to provide warnings. Simple to install service and calibrate, MIC500S requires no hot
work permit and the PID sensor is accessible and changeable in a
matter of seconds. User-friendly, reliable and cost-effective way to ensure safety,
compliance and productivity. Strong, durable and explosion-proof shell is suitable for the use
at a variety of hazardous places and harsh industrial environments,
is widely used in the industries such as petroleum, chemical,
metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution,
biochemical and pharmaceutical, and so on.FEATURES Fast and efficient gas detection function ①It can be used in 24 hours continuous online monitoring of single field gas concentration and the types for detection are more than 500 types. ② There are 7 gas units to display, and the units can be switched freely. Units that can be selected: PPM, mg/m3, Vol%, LEL%, PPHM, ppb, mg/l.
Rich human-machine interface ①1.7-inch high-definition color screen, display the real-time concentration, and alarm state.
Diversified communication methods ①It is possible for the real-time monitoring via the wired or remote wireless transmission, and network transmission. ② Three-wire system 4 ~ 20mA standard signal and standard bus RS485 (modbus-RTU) simultaneous output. ③ It is possible to select frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1 ~ 5V output, two-wire system 4 ~ 20mA, SMS alarm, wireless transmission (2 ~5 km or unlimited distance). ④ It is compatible with secondary instrument, data acquisition module, PLC, DCS system, and it is possible to drive the related equipment.

biochemical medicine, agriculture, fire protection, Archaeology and
