Key Points Of Construction:

Generally, the seepage proof composite membrane and GCL sodium bentonite waterproof blanket are used to prevent seepage in the Loess prone foundation such as the wet and depressive loess site.

1.  The anti-seepage of river channel is mainly composed of slope construction, facade (revetment) construction and bottom construction

2.  Before laying, the base surface shall be leveled and tamped, and the compaction degree shall be more than 85%. The surface shall be flat and smooth, and there shall be no rock or other objects protruding 2cm, and there shall be no obvious cavity

3.  The surface should be dry without obvious water accumulation

4.  For the base layer, the rounding radius of the external corner should not be less than 30cm

5.  The construction of waterproof geotechnical materials shall be carried out after the foundation and base supporting layer are accepted

GCL bentonite waterproof blanket is composed of four layers. The upper and lower layers are geotextiles, which mainly play the role of protection and reinforcement, so that it has a certain anti puncture strength and tensile strength. The middle layer is sodium bentonite particle layer, which has high expansion and high water absorption. The bottom layer is a thin HDPE film, which mainly plays the role of anti-seepage.
