A1: Yes,we are printing and packing bags manufacturer and we have our own factory which is located in GuangZhou city, Guangdong province since 2004.

Q2: What is your packaging range?

A2: Plastic packaging bags,kraft paper bags,aluminium foil bags,BOPP bags,roll film,plastic and paper stickers.(Stand up bags ziplock bags,side gusset bags,flat bottom bags,vacuum bags,bags with valve and tin tie).

Q3: When can I get the price and how to get the full price?

A3: If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 30mins-1 hour on working time, and will quote in 12 hours on off-work time. Full price base on bag type,size,material,thickness,printing colors,quantity.Welcome your inquiry.

At the mean time, we making the cylinder for customers, after the plates are ready, we can start printing.

Q4: May I have my own logo printing?

A4: Yes, we can OEM company, customized designs are always welcome.

Q5: How long it takes for production?

A5: Customized orders takes 15-20 days, orders which need to add accessories like spout, valve and etc. takes 10 days more.

Q6: How do you print my design?

A6: As long as you provide your design in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe IIIustrator-AL or PDF formals.
All text and fonts converted to outlines; Corel Draw-Export files as Al. All text and fonts converted to curves.
All text and fonts converted to paths; Be sure to include all necessary linked images at high resolution in CMYK colour mode).
Design that is at the exact imprint size desired, positioned correctly on the die line, with allfonts outlined, with colors properly separated.

Q7: What's your Mininum Order Qty (MOQ) do we need to order for a custom run?

A7: It depends on your bags size,printed or plain and material structure.

If size small and printed, the quantity needed are slightly higher due to machine set up times. If bigger size and plain, the quantity is less.

Remark:

1) Qty :+-10% acceptable. Total cost will be charged according to final quantity.

(2) Size:+-3mm, Weight: +-5g is allowed because of unstable machine and raw material.

(3) Price Valid: 1 month

(4) As the item is customized and we can't sell to others, after order confirmed and deposit paid, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit cannot be returned. If the quantity and design need to change after order confirmed, please contact us to remake cost calculation.

(5) If the goods in transportation are delayed or seized due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, holidays or third party factors, we will make our best to do support, but we will not be responsible due to third-party factors.
