100% Strict Quality Control

Hengsheng has strict quality control procedure to ensure products quality and maximize the protection of the interests of the vast number of customers. Our QA team will follow agreed standard to control materials, colors, and sizes for mass production.
1. Material Checking: Sort out the qualified and rejected defective materials before mass production.
2. Printing Checking: Check the color, coating, printing information…ect. If any defective, we will stop and adjust it.
3. Cutting Checking: Ensure Strong sealing, will do weight capacity haging test/ water leak proff test
4. Random Checking: Pick 10% boxes to check details
5. Packing: Use K=K carton to pack the boxes, and try our best to save space, and protect good of the boxes.
