The modular data center is mainly composed of cabinets, closed
channels, power supply and distribution systems, refrigeration
systems, intelligent monitoring systems, integrated wiring and fire
protection systems. A single modular data center is configured
according to N cabinets (including server cabinets, network
cabinets, and integrated wiring cabinets). The module (not
including UPS) covers an area of 35m², plus the maintenance channel
outside the module and the PDF cabinet that supplies power to the
air conditioner in the module, the total area does not exceed 55m²,
and the total height of the module does not exceed 2.65m. The
number of cabinets can be reduced or increased in pairs according

Main Basic Unit Introduction
Rack Part The modular data center can be configured with N cabinets,
including server cabinets, network cabinets and integrated wiring
cabinets. Appearance of the cabinet The cabinet size of the modular data center configuration is
uniform, the cabinet conforms to the IEC60297-1 standard, and the
front and rear air ducts are adopted. The appearance of the cabinet
is shown in the figure. Cabinet Charaectristic (1) The ventilation rate of the front and rear doors is 70%. (2) Two vertical PDUs can be installed at the rear of the cabinet. (3) The exact position of each "U" is marked on the vertical
installation column of the cabinet. The front door, back door and
side panels of the cabinet can be locked and can only be opened
with the provided special key Aisle Containment -Modular design The Aisle of the modular data center is mainly composed of end
doors and skylights. End gate (1) The end doors of the aisle are divided into sliding doors and
double doors, which can be selected according to customer needs. (2) Sliding door size: height × width × depth = 2050mm × 1200mm ×
42mm.
The sliding door adopts a sliding structure, the cabinet is used as
the carrier, and the upper and lower rails are installed to ensure
the independence of the closed channel system. The door panel is
bent from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, and tempered glass is
installed in the middle to ensure the visibility of the area in the
passage.
Adopting modular unit design concept, each unit can be installed
and disassembled independently, and can be closely connected with
adjacent units, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly;
at the same time, it is also suitable for maintenance and
management of other equipment on the channel.
