Sodium sulfate(Na2SO4) 3-effect evaporation crystallization system

Introduction

Sodium sulfate evaporation system is deisgned for sodium sulfate solution, which is used to treat wastewater containing sodium sulfate and evaporate and crystallize sodium sulfate solution.

Process

The sodium sulfate solution enters the condensate preheater by the raw material pump, the preheated solution enters the first-effect evaporator for evaporation, the concentrated solution enters the second-effect evaporator for concentration by the first-effect circulating pump, the concentrated solution enters the third-effect evaporator for concentration by the second-effect discharge pump.

The solution thickened by the thickener enters the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation, the solid particles are processed in the next section, and the centrifugal mother liquor is buffered by the mother liquor tank and returned to the triple-effect evaporator by the mother liquor pump for futher concentration.

Steam and condensate system of sodium sulfate triple-effect evaporation system

Saurated steam from the steam main pipe enters the shell side of the first-effect heating chamber to heat the materials, and the steam condensate water preheats the raw materials through the condensate water preheater and then returns to the condensate water system.

The secondary steam generated by the first-effect evaporator enters the second-effect heating chamber to heat the material, and the condensed water enters the third-effect evaporator to heat the material.

The secondary steam  generated by the second-effect evaporator enters the third-effect heating chamber to heat materials, and the condensed water enters the condensate tank.

The secondary steam generated by the triple-effect evaporator is condensed by the indirect condenser into the condensate tank, an the condensate water is discharged into the next system by the condensate pump, Uncondensed non-condensable gas is pumped out by vacuum pump and discharged in to the atmosphere.
