Quality

1. Raw material control: every batch of silicon raw material will be tested by technician to assured the quality is stable and good.
2. Simulation Production: Technician will use a small production line to test before the bulk production.After everything is ok,and then arrange to make production.
3. Several inspection during bulk production: Technician will inspection the quality of the sealant every 1 hours to make sure quality is good and stable.
4. QC Assistant: We will have QC assistant for every production line to control the weight of sealant,package printing,and arrange production program etc.
