Product Introduction of Carton Box Folder Gluer

The automatic carton gluing machine adopts excellent automation technology to realize the digital operation of adjusting the position of the plate and the computer program of the feeding part. Through the positioning rule or the remote control optimization program, the change of the carton size is more accurate and rapid. The automatic folder gluer is composed of three parts: feeding part, gluing and folding forming part, counting and stacking output part, PLC digital display speed, touch screen display amplitude modulation, simple and accurate control method. Automatic feeding (gluing), automatic folding and forming, automatic counting and stacking output. The working speed is 150m/min, and the design speed is 180m/min. Paper Feeding Unit

Paper folding unit
