Main Units

Feeder feeding unit

The inclined paper feeding table is more suitable for the conveying and positioning of high speed paper feeding;

Non-stop paper lifting platform device; double-piece control device;

Side positioning adopts pull & push dual-purpose side gauge device, which is easy to switch according to paper selection;

Die cutting unit

The steel plate adopts quenched manganese alloy steel material, which has an extremely long life.

The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle.

With 300 tons of pressure, cardboard, corrugated paper or thick board paper can be easily die-cut.

Paper receving unit

The cylinder adopts Taiwanese gas cylinder.

The tooth row pressure wheel adopts the air pressure type, the pressure can be adjusted for better effect, and it is opened when the former waste plate is replaced, which is convenient for replacing the former waste plate.
