Film Laminating Machine Configuration & Functions 

1. Use environmentally friendly water-based glue and BOPP film or PET film composite paper products.
2. Both paper and window film are fed manually
3. Equipped with a reliable frequency converter stepless speed change, the operator can easily change the machine speed to ensure the stable operation of the machine.
4. The adjustment board can be moved left and right for manual paper feeding adjustment.
5. The glue supply system automatically supplies and recycles glue.
6. Dip coating saves glue and makes the coating more uniform.
7. The film is cut to the width of the film to make it fit the paper size. The cut film remains on the film release shaft
8. The film perforating wheel punches holes on the edge of the film to make the composite paper easy to separate.
9. The automatic paper winder rolls up the composite paper. The rewinding speed can be adjusted according to the application.
10. The rewinded composite paper roll can be connected to a cutting machine for fast and automatic cutting, or it can be cut manually.
