PCBA is a finished board. it is divided into 4 layers, 6 layers 8 lavers and other multilayer , and the most common are 4 laver and 6 laver PCBs.

PCBA is the circuit board plug-in assembly, added SMT and DIP process. (PCBA=Printed Circuit Board +Assembly)
In other words, the PCB board goes through the SMT and then goes through the entire process of the DIP plug-in, abbreviated as PCBA.
