Feeding Unit : 1: Lead edge feeder : (1) Four-line types lead edge feeder, feeding stable and accuracy. (2) Left and right side baffle, front baffle electric moving, And set with uniform cardboard function. (3) Feeding rubber roller use elastic floating institutions, reduce the damage of feeding roller to the cardboard. (4) Equipped with skip cardboard feeding function. Counter shows the production quantity, Speed counter show the producing speed. (5) With brush dedusting high-pressure vacuuming device , can clear the impurities on the cardboard, improve the printing quality. Printing unit : 1)Use plate-hanging organization. Load and unload
the printing plate can use foot switch or electric control positive
and negative rotating. 2) The distance of Ceramic anilox and rubber
roller is electric adjusting. 3) Equipped with air pressure type
auto go up and down device cooperating with feeding system(Feeding,
Anilox roller go down to touch the printing plate, stop
feeding,Ceramic anilox go up and separate with the printing plate).
4) Printing phase use frequency converter, touch screen control and
electric digital 360 degrees adjusting(running and stopping are
both adjustable). 5) Have wiping printing plate memory function. 6)
Printing roller axial electric moving, left and right adjusting
distance are ±7mm. 7) Transmission roller, printing & pressing
roller, rubber roller, Ceramic anilox roller, distance adjusting
use self-locking organization. Slotting unit : 1) Slotting phase use frequency converter, touch
screen control and electric digital 360 degrees adjusting (running
and stopping are both adjustable) and with reset function, and can
store orders. 2) Use single roller double knives slotting, creasing
wheel and slotting knife plate are same size, creasing effect is
better. 3) Up creasing roller packed with rubber cushion, will not
damage cardboards. 4) Creasing wheel, slotting tool apron sides way
synchronous adjusting, electric control. 5)Slotting knives use
alloy steel material, after heat treating, and grinding tooth form,
knife thickness is 7mm. Die-cutting Unit : 1.The side to side 50mm mechanical spiral
movement device adopted on the anvil drum. 2.The die drum
transverse movement can prolong the service life of anvil drum.
3.Die cutting phase is digitally controlled by motor and PLC. 4.The
die cutting cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by
motor and PLC, rang about ±10mm. 5.Motorized caliper adjustment
between anvil roll and die drum. 6.Self-locking system is adopted
on feeding rolls. 7.Anvil Rubber roller speed compensation adopted
independent motor for driving to control the rubber roller speed,
the compensation scopes ±3mm. 8.Anvil trimmer to keep surface of
the anvil covers flat and smooth. Online gluer machine : Lower folding machine: use the lower insert
