 Features  

 1. Fully automatic single-end soldering and tinning machine can be
used for multiple purposes. It can realize the functions of wire
cutting, single-end soldering, double-end stripping, single-end
half-stripping, single-end twisting, and single-end soldering. It
is also called the end dipping machine or the single-head dipping
machine, and it can also be called the "5-wire tinning machine"  

 2. The production wire range of the end dipping machine is wide,
from AWG18 to AWG32, and can process 5 wires at the same time,
which greatly improves the production efficiency and is very
practical;  

 3. Fully automatic single-head end dipping machine with
computerized knife adjustment, no gaskets, pneumatic components
(SMC)    

 4. The tin furnace part of the soldering machine is designed with
an automatic tin scraping device, so that there is no oxidized tin
scraps on the surface of the tin dipping machine while ensuring the
cleanliness of the table.  5. The wire clamping position and the dipping end point of the
automatic single-head soldering tin machine can be adjusted to
about 10mm to control the soldering end of the wire to be not easy
to bend, and the dipping position is more accurate;
