Introduction:

LP-100B Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is making up with the bottle elevator, unscrambling rotary plate, bottle rejecting devices, unscrambling and electrical control cabinet. It can arrange the disordered empty plastic bottles into good order. The machine is with the features of compact structure, simple operation, mature technology and stable running and operation.

Features:

1. The machine is easy to operate; only three buttons can operate the machine. It can handle the bottles from 20-300ml.

2. Quick change-over between different sizes of bottles without any tooling. Only changing the amount of belts and unscrambling parts space can realize change-over between bottles.

3. The whole machine is covered with organic glasses; you can open all the cover for easy adjustment.

4. All the organic glass cover is installed with the sensor, the machine can start when all the organic glass covers are closed, and the machine will stop when any of the doors are open.

5. Automatic bottle elevating function, you only need to put the bottles in the bottle elevator, a sensor is installed in the rotary plate, it will automatically elevating the bottles when there is not enough bottle, it will automatically start when the bottles are enough.

6. Coordination sensor, it will stop bottle unscrambling when there is jam of the other sections of the filling line, it will start again when the jam is cleared. It will have the perfect linkage with the other sections of the filling line.
