Product Descciption

This pipe making machine adopts long steel strip as the material to manufacture steel pipes according to requested size by cold rolled forming and argon arc welding method.

Product Details

1. Forming Section

    Pass the logo printing device.The steel coil will be driven by roll sets.The holder materials is HT200,the stand materials is 40 Cr.

2. Welding Section

    Depend on your need, we can offer different TIG welding, such as argon welding ,ultrasonic ,plasma welding .3.

3. Grinding Section

    Semi Automatic Grinding Heads(controlling grinding head to move up and down by motor) or PLC control full automatic grinding heads.

4. Sizing and Straightening Section

    Turk head will make the pipe more straight ,there will be no deformation. Turk head can change the shape of pipes, like square ,rectangle pipe.

5. Cutting Section

    Metal saw cutting, the cut of the pipe will be smoother and reduce burrs.
