Description
The stainless steel tube mill is designed for manufacturing
stainless steel welded pipe. This pipe-making machine adopts a long
steel strip as the material to manufacture steel pipes according to
the requested size by cold rolled forming and argon arc welding
method. The stainless steel pipe production line can produce round pipe,
square and rectangular tube through cold rolled forming and TIG
welding technology
Technical Flow
Steel Tape → Double Uncoiler →Forming Section(Flattening Unit +Main
Driving Unit + Forming Unit + TIG Welding Unit + Out Side Weld Bead
Grinding Unit + Squeeze Roller) → Cooling Unit → Sizing Unit And
Straightener → Cutting Unit → Run-Out Table.
Standard configuration:
1. Uncoiler: Mechanical tension bridle manual adjustment.
2. Horizontal and vertical holder: Passed heat treatment to make
black. The holder will rust protection when used.
3. Bearing: Used deep groove ball bearing
4. Welding: Argon welding machine (500A).
6. Grinding head: Manual by hand to debugging.
7. Cutting machine: Abrasive cutting machine.

Q: How do you do QA?
A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our

(1)Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to
guarantee there is no leak.
(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of
tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
