ERW660 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube mill is designed to produce welded pipes of 325mm - 660mm in OD and 6.0mm - 20mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

Usage and Technology

API pipe mill is specialized for manufacturing straight welded pipe for petroleum and gas pipelines. Taking hot-rolled steel as raw material, it produce required pipes through cold roll forming and suitable welding methods like H.F. welding, submerged arc welding and so on. The whole production line adopts ‘ZTF’ forming technology.

Forming process
