Slitting line description:

slitting line is applied for various kinds of steel plates slitting and recoiling. It is used to uncoil large coil drum plate and slit into umpty strips as required width, then to recoil and pack into a whole bale of plane plate for next procedure of cold-bending, punching, pipe welder, etc.

From right to left are: Entry coil car→De-coiler →Press and pinch device→Hydraulic cutter→Looper 1→Side guide device→ Slitter→Scrap winder→Looper 2→Tension stand →Re-coiler→Exit coil car
