Full Set Chicken House Cleaning Machine Use Automatic Poultry Manure Removal System

Silver Star's automatic poultry manure removal machine (also named dung/ waste cleaning machine) is to improve the utilization of chicken manure.  Our manure removal system includes belt type manure removal system and scrapper manure removal system for battery chicken cages. Belt type manure removal machine is suit for both H type and A Type chicken cages, scrapper manure removal machine is matched with A type battery cages.

Belt Type Manure Removal System 

Belt manure remover is a fully automatic manure cleaning system, which can reduce the labor intensity and labor cost, make it more convenient to clean up manure timely, keep the environment of chicken house clean and improve the manure utilization. The transverse manure transport system can transport the manure from chicken house directly to the outside of chicken house.

Belt Cleaning Machine Advantages:

1. The entire manure removal system has high cleanliness, which can effectively reduce the concentration of harmful gases in the house, relatively reduce the ventilation in the house, reduce energy consumption, and extend the service life of the fan.

2. The temperature of the chicken house can also be increased to reduce the energy consumption of the chickens and improve the production performance of the chickens; compared with drying, chicken manure is easier to handle and deep-process, and work efficiency is improved.

3. The cleaning belt is welded with an ultrasonic welding machine, which has certain strength and toughness, no water absorption and no deformation.

4. Each row or floor of chicken cages is equipped with a set of vertical manure removal belt, and each chicken house is equipped with horizontal and oblique belt; the longitudinal belt transfer the chicken manure to the horizontal end belt of the chicken house, and then transport it to the outside of the house directly onto the truck. The manure removal power and control system are located at the end of the chicken house for easy operation and maintenance.

5. The belt cleaning method greatly improves the air quality in the chicken house, relatively reduces the occurrence of some diseases, and has high safety.

Scrapper Manure Removal System

Scrapper manure cleaning machine is mainly composed of a main frame, a corner wheel, a traction rope, a manure scraper, etc. The operation of the motor drives the reducer to work, and the manure removal working is completed by the rotation of the sprocket to pull the manure scraper. It has a fixed and movable head. The movable head can use one head at the same time for multiple chicken houses, which shortens installation time, saves costs, and improves work efficiency.

Scrapper manure cleaning machine is mainly designed for A type chicken cage system. Each machine is used for 2 to 3 rows of chicken cages manure pit. The width of the manure scraper is designed according to the customers’ manure pit size.
